We currently ship to the following regions:

We use trusted courier partners and delivery services for order fulfillment. Available shipping methods (and estimated delivery times) are displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Express Shipping — 1–3 business days within major metro areas (where available)
  • International Shipping — varies by destination (customs/duties may apply)

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the order weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. Charges are calculated at checkout. Promotions or free shipping offers may apply as specified on the Website.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and carrier details. Use that tracking number on the carrier’s website to view real-time status updates.

6. Delivery Exceptions & Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)

7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Orders

If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. Refunds for returned orders may be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
